Scroll down and click Advanced mailbox settings.
5

Enter the outgoing SMTP details

Fill in the fields:
  • Outgoing (SMTP) email server: your relay hostname followed by the port, e.g. relayxx.mysmtp.com:587
  • Outgoing server requires authentication: check the box
  • Use the same user name and password for sending email: check the box, or enter your mySMTP SMTP username and password
  • Require SSL for outgoing email: check the box
6

Save and test

Click Done, then Save. Send a test email to confirm delivery.

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot send mail: verify the outgoing server matches the hostname in your setup email.
  • Connection fails: check that the port is 587 and Require SSL is checked. If your network blocks 587, try 2525.
  • Authentication error: re-enter your mySMTP username and password, and confirm Outgoing server requires authentication is checked.
