4

Fill in the fields:
  • Host: your relay hostname (e.g. relayxx.mysmtp.com)
  • Port: 587
  • Security policy: select Use if available or Required for STARTTLS
  • Use authentication: check the box
  • User Name: your mySMTP SMTP username
  • Password: your mySMTP SMTP password
5

Troubleshooting

  • Cannot send mail: verify the host matches the one in your setup email.
  • Connection fails: check that the port is 587 and the security policy enables STARTTLS. If your network blocks 587, try 2525.
  • Authentication error: re-enter your mySMTP username and password, and confirm Use authentication is checked.
