How RepHero works
- Automated monitoring: your sending domains and IPs are checked continuously, and you get live notifications when something changes.
- Human consultants: nearly all blacklists, public and private, need human interaction to resolve a listing. mySMTP consultants handle delisting and advise on best practices.
- Deep industry knowledge: mySMTP keeps good relations with ISPs and free email provider support teams, and decodes soft and hard bounce messages.
RepHero is not a magic bullet. You still need opt-in, cleaned data and industry best practices to keep a good reputation.
