Download and fill in the form

Choose the English or Danish version and complete all fields.

Select Bank as payment method

Tick Bank under Payment method (Danish form: Betalingsmetode).

Sign and send the form

Date and sign the form, then email it to support@mysmtp.com.

Receive your setup email

When your order is processed, you receive a setup email with your SMTP hostname, login details and DNS instructions.
