# Manual Account Setup: Order mySMTP by Bank Transfer

> No company credit card? Download the mySMTP account setup form in English or Danish to order a subscription manually and pay by bank transfer instead.

Use the manual setup form when your company cannot pay online by credit card, for example when invoices must be paid by bank transfer or through an EAN number (Denmark).

## Order manually

  <Step title="Download and fill in the form">
    Choose the English or Danish version and complete all fields.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select Bank as payment method">
    Tick **Bank** under **Payment method** (Danish form: **Betalingsmetode**).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign and send the form">
    Date and sign the form, then email it to [support@mysmtp.com](mailto:support@mysmtp.com).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Receive your setup email">
    When your order is processed, you receive a setup email with your SMTP hostname, login details and DNS instructions.
