</Steps>

## Upgrading your plan

Upgrading to a higher tier or adding resources gives you more sending capacity, extra dedicated IPs, or additional SMTP users. Support confirms the details and when the change takes effect.

<Note>
  Adding a dedicated IP or moving from a shared IP setup to a dedicated IP setup requires a proper warm-up to build sender reputation. See [Warm-up plans](/deliverability/warm-up-plans).
</Note>

## Moving from shared IP to dedicated IP

Shared IP plans are available in Denmark only. If you move from a shared IP plan to a dedicated IP plan, you must:

1. Complete a dedicated IP warm-up to establish sending reputation.
2. Update your DNS records (SPF, DKIM, and custom hostnames) to reflect the new dedicated IP configuration.

See [DNS setup for authentication](/deliverability/dns-setup-for-authentication) and [Warm-up plans](/deliverability/warm-up-plans) for guidance.

## Adding extra dedicated IPs or SMTP users

You can add dedicated IPs and SMTP users to your account as your sending volume grows. Each new dedicated IP requires its own warm-up period. Contact support to discuss the right number of IPs for your volume.

## Downgrading or canceling

To downgrade or cancel your subscription, contact [support@mysmtp.com](mailto:support@mysmtp.com). See [Refund & Cancellation Policy](/billing/refund-and-cancellation-policy) for details on your cancellation rights.

<Warning>
  Downgrading may reduce your sending limits, number of IPs, or available SMTP users. Plan ahead to avoid delivery interruptions.
